GREEN DOT
In a Digital Transformation module we delivered a concept prototype for GreenDot Corporation, one of the US largest financial technology and bank holding companies. Our main task was to come up with a new category for GreenDot’s bank that could distinguish the bank in the fintech space, and offer the users a better life experience by expanding the service beyond banking.
We invested a lot of time on research that enabled us to collect useful information which we categorised into survey, branding, and competitor insights. Based on the insights, we managed to develop a conceptual solution which was creating a social mobile banking app.
I created a prototype of this app with a new design as well as features. The product not only allowed users to handle their finances but also provided financial education and a community, to share common goals and dreams. The prototype is attached below.
